If you're ready to join the fight to transition to 100% renewables, you're in the right place! Our volunteers are able to take action to stop the devastating effects of dirty energy on our communities. We have opportunities to get involved with two of our volunteer teams:
1. Call TeamThis team calls people all over the country to help generate turnout to rallies and marches, and makes sure people get out to vote in critical local elections. We also give folks a heads-up when important legislation or issues arise in their communities and connect them with their elected officials offices. Having one-on-one conversations is crucial to moving people to take action, and this team uses a great online calling program to make lots of calls very quickly.
2. Text TeamThis team sends text messages to let people know about important opportunities to take action and get involved in their area. We use a really simple person-to-person texting website (so you text from your computer, not your phone!) that makes it easy for you to text a lot of people and have personalized conversations with supporters. We turn out people to the polls, to rallies, and to their elected officials' offices.
