Playa Del Rey Gas Storage Facility and Wetlands Tour

The Playa Del Rey Gas Storage Facility is a disaster waiting to happen.

Four years after the catastrophic methane blowout at Aliso Canyon, a second gas storage facility is sitting in the heart of West LA with its own history of dangerous leaks. It's a poster-child for LA's addiction to fossil fuels. But with calls growing for the facility to be shut down for good, it's also a symbol of how we can build a clean energy future for Los Angeles.

RSVP to joinus for a walking tour to see the facility, wetlands, and impacts of this dangerous fossil fuel infrastructure in the heart of LA's Westside. Hosted by the Protect Playa Now Coaltion.

WHAT: Walking Tour of the Playa Del Rey Gas Storage Facility and Ballona Wetlands
WHEN: Saturday, February 1st from 2:00pm - 4:30pm
WHERE: Marina Del Rey (Location to be shared upon confirmation)
