The Farm System Reform Act is a groundbreaking solution to our factory farm crisis.

Senator Cory Booker and Representative Ro Khanna reintroduced critical legislation that would place an immediate moratorium on the construction of new or expanding factory farms, with a phaseout of existing large facilities by 2040. Factory farms put our public health and food supply at risk, pollute the environment and our drinking water, devastate rural communities and fuel climate change — all while increasing corporate control over our food.

It’s time to change the fundamental structure of our food system, and that starts with banning factory farms. We need our senators and representatives to support this legislation!

Urge your Members of Congress to support the Farm System Reform Act (HR 4421/S 2332)!
