Tell the EPA to Regulate Factory Farms!

More than 40 years after the passage of the Clean Water Act, factory farms remain essentially unregulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The EPA knows that factory farms are major sources of water pollution, but most still do not have Clean Water Act permits to protect rivers and streams!
Even the minority of factory farms with Clean Water Act permits are allowed to pollute more than is safe for communities and waterways, because EPA's rules for the industry are far too lax.
As long as the EPA continues to turn a blind eye toward this polluting industry, waterways and communities will remain at risk.
